Are your transformers ANSI/IEEE compliant?
Yes. All U.S.-bound transformers are designed per ANSI/IEEE C57.12 series. UL listing available upon request.
What is your warranty?
2 years (extendable upon negotiation).
Can you provide third-party test reports?
Yes. We provide complete factory test reports. Third-party witnessed testing can be discussed on a per-project basis.
What is the minimum lead time for emergency orders?
As fast as 15 days for emergency replacements (strategic material reserve).
Do you have a U.S. warehouse or local support?
Main shipping from Shanghai. Remote technical support and on-site service coordination available.
