Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are China ZBB Group Shanghai Transformer Co., Ltd., with independent factory and years of experience in transformer research and development and manufacturing, supporting customized production and export business.

What certifications have your products passed?

Our transformer products have passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other international quality management system certification, and also meet IEC, GB, IEEE and other standards, and can provide CE, CB, UL, GOST, EAC and other export certification.

Can I customize the transformer parameters?

Yes. We support customized customization according to customer's capacity, voltage level, connection group, temperature rise level, cooling mode and so on.

What are your main product types?

We mainly provide oil immersed transformer, dry transformer, main transformer, box substation, special transformer and so on.

Is installation or commissioning guidance provided?

Provide. We can provide remote installation technical guidance, and arrange engineers to provide door-to-door service when necessary (depending on the region and contract agreement).

How long is the warranty period for your products?

The standard warranty period is 24 months, during which free maintenance can be provided for non-manual damage.

What is the delivery cycle?

The standard product delivery time is 15-30 days; the customized product depends on the technical requirements, we will provide the specific delivery schedule after the order confirmation.

Do you support export? Which countries can you send to?

Yes. We have exported to Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe and other countries and regions, with rich export experience and customs clearance qualification.

What payment methods are supported?

We support various payment methods such as T/T, L/C, D/P, cash and Alipay, which will be negotiated according to the order amount and cooperation mode.

How to obtain quotations or technical information?

You can contact our sales representative through online form, email or phone, and provide the required transformer parameters. We will provide quotation and technical data as soon as possible.

What if the equipment fails?

We provide 7×24 hour technical support. If there is any abnormal equipment, you can contact the after-sales engineer for remote diagnosis at any time, and send personnel to deal with it on site if necessary.
