熱間圧延シリコン鋼板は、熱間圧延プロセスによって製造される一種の電気鋼であり、シリコン含有量は通常0.5% から4.5% の範囲です。シリコンの添加は、材料の磁気特性を改善することができる。小型モーター、変圧器、インダクタなど、低周波で低性能の電磁機器の鉄心の製造に適しています。GB/T 5212やIEC 60404などの規格に準拠しており、比較的簡単な製造プロセスと低コスト。
製品の特徴
冷間圧延シリコン鋼板よりも透過性が低く、コア損失が高いですが、50Hz〜60Hzで基本的なニーズを満たします。粒子が粗く、結晶配向が不規則で、磁気特性が不均一であるため、製造が簡単になり、材料利用が増えるため、コストが低くなります。せん断/スタンピングには十分なプラスチックですが、表面品質が低いため、冷間圧延製品に比べて加工精度が低下します。磁気性能によって制限されるため、大型変圧器や精密モーターなどの高周波/高性能機器には適していません。
製品の分類
- シリコン含有量によって: 低シリコン鋼板 (シリコン含有量0.5% 〜1.0% 、低透磁率、高コア損失、低性能要件の場合に適しています); 中シリコン鋼板 (シリコン含有量1.0% 〜3.0% 、中程度の磁気性能、幅広い用途); 高シリコン鋼板 (シリコン含有量3.0%-4.5% 、透磁率の向上、コア損失が比較的減少し、磁気性能に特定の要件がある機器に適しています)。
- 厚さによって: 厚いゲージ (0.5mm-1.0mm、優れた剛性、大きなシンプルなコア構造に適しています); 薄いゲージ (0.35mm-0.5mm、わずかに優れた柔軟性、小型モーターやその他の機器で使用できます)。
- 表面状態によって: コーティングされていない熱間圧延シリコン鋼板 (表面に特別な処理はありません。使用する前に錆防止処理が必要です); 塗装された熱間圧延シリコン鋼板 (断熱塗料でコーティングされた表面により、断熱性能と耐錆性を高めることができます)。
