냉간 압연 실리콘 강판은 냉간 압연 공정으로 생산되는 고성능 전기 강이며 실리콘 함량은 0.5%-3.5% 입니다. 롤링, 어닐링 및 코팅 처리 후 우수한 자기 특성을 특징으로합니다. 대형 변압기, 정밀 모터 및 발전기와 같은 고주파 고성능 전자기 장비의 철 코어 제조에 널리 사용되며 GB/T 2521 및 IEC 60404 를 준수합니다. 낮은 코어 손실과 높은 자기 투과성의 핵심 이점으로 현대 고효율 전기 장비의 핵심 소재입니다.
제품 특징
냉간 압연 실리콘 강판: 30%-50% 높은 투과성, 열간 압연 유형보다 40%-60% 낮은 코어 손실, 더 나은 효율성을 위해 50Hz-400 Hz에서 안정적입니다. 미세, 지향 곡물 (특히 곡물 지향) 은 자기 균일 성을 보장하여 진동/소음을 줄입니다. 정밀 라미네이션을위한 우수한 표면 (± 0.01mm 공차). 복잡한 설계를위한 고정밀 처리 및 자동 스태킹과 호환됩니다. 절연 코팅 (≥ 400V 고장) 은 녹/열에 저항하여 와전류 손실을 줄입니다.
