열간 압연 실리콘 강판은 열간 압연 공정으로 생산되는 전기 강이며 실리콘 함량은 일반적으로 0.5% 에서 4.5% 입니다. 실리콘의 첨가는 재료의 자기 특성을 향상시킬 수 있습니다. 소형 모터, 변압기, 인덕터 등과 같은 저주파 및 저 성능 요구 사항이있는 전자기 장비의 철 코어 제조에 적합하며 GB/T 5212 및 IEC 60404 와 같은 표준을 준수하며 비교적 간단한 생산 공정을 특징으로합니다. 저렴한 비용.
제품 특징
냉간 압연 실리콘 강판보다 투과성이 낮고 코어 손실이 높지만 50Hz-60 Hz에서 기본 요구 사항을 충족합니다. 거친 입자, 불규칙한 결정 방향 및 고르지 않은 자기 특성으로 인해 생산이 간단하고 재료 활용도가 높아 비용이 절감됩니다. 전단/스탬핑에 충분한 플라스틱이지만 표면 품질이 좋지 않아 냉간 압연 제품에 비해 가공 정확도가 떨어집니다. 자기 성능으로 제한되어있어 대형 변압기 및 정밀 모터와 같은 고주파/고성능 장비에는 적합하지 않습니다.
제품 분류
- 실리콘 내용으로: 저 실리콘 강판 (실리콘 함량 0.5%-1.0%, 낮은 자기 투과성, 높은 코어 손실, 낮은 성능 요구 사항이있는 경우에 적합); 중간 실리콘 강판 (실리콘 함량 1.0%-3.0%, 광범위한 응용 분야와 함께 적당한 자기 성능); 높은 실리콘 강판 (실리콘 함량 3.0%-4.5%, 향상된 자기 투과성, 상대적으로 감소 된 코어 손실, 자기 성능에 특정 요구 사항을 가진 장비에 적합).
- 두께로: 두꺼운 게이지 (0.5mm-1.0mm, 우수한 강성, 큰 간단한 코어 구조에 적합); 얇은 게이지 (0.35mm-0.5mm, 약간 더 나은 유연성, 소형 모터 및 기타 장비에 사용할 수 있음).
- 표면 상태에 의하여: 코팅되지 않은 열간 압연 실리콘 강판 (표면에 특별한 처리가 없으며 사용하기 전에 녹 방지 처리가 필요함); 도장 된 열연 실리콘 강판 (절연 페인트로 코팅 된 표면, 절연 성능 및 녹 저항을 향상시킬 수 있음).
