Enamelled round aluminum wire
Customized one-stop solution for transformers

Compliant with GB/T 6109.7 and IEC 60317, it features light weight and outstanding economy.
Product Introduction
Enamelled round aluminum wire is an electromagnetic wire made from high-purity aluminum rod, which is drawn into a round cross-section conductor, uniformly coated with insulating paint, and cured by high-temperature baking. Suitable for winding manufacturing of small and medium-sized motors, transformers, inductance coils and other electromagnetic equipment, it is particularly widely used in low-voltage electrical fields sensitive to weight and cost. Compliant with GB/T 6109.7 and IEC 60317, it features light weight and outstanding economy.
Product Features
Lightweight: aluminum (1/3 copper density) cuts winding weight 40%-50%, ideal for portable/vehicle devices. Cost-effective: 30%-40% cheaper than enamelled copper round wire, great for low-voltage, low-power use. Reliable insulation: 105℃-180℃ paint layers with ≥30kV/mm breakdown voltage, meeting standards. Easy processing: withstands winding/bending for auto machines; surface treatment eases welding. Balanced conductivity: ≥61%IACS, fits small/medium equipment via design, stable at 50Hz-400Hz.
