Solid-insulated ring network cabinet
Customized one-stop solution for transformers

The product complies with standards such as GB/T 11022 and DL/T 404, featuring no gas leakage and long maintenance-free period.
Product Introduction
The solid-insulated ring network cabinet uses new solid insulating materials (such as epoxy resin, silicone rubber, etc.) instead of traditional gas insulation media. Its core components like busbars and switches are integrally cast and encapsulated to form a fully sealed insulation structure. Suitable for 10kV and below AC 50Hz ring network power supply systems, distribution branches, and end-users, it can realize power distribution, control, and protection functions.
Product Features
It is eco-friendly and safe—no SF₆ or gas leakage, with a fully enclosed structure preventing contact with live parts. Its solid insulation resists aging/moisture, stays stable in harsh environments (partial discharge ≤10pC). Compact (60% the size of traditional gas-insulated cabinets), it has 10+ years of maintenance-free operation, adapts to -40℃~+70℃ and extreme environments, with IP65 protection.
Product Classification
Classified by switch configuration, there are load switch types (using solid-insulated load switches for normal on-off and circuit isolation in ring network branches) and load switch-fuse combination types (with fuses for short-circuit protection in transformer power supply circuits, etc.); by outlet mode, cable outlet types (connected to external lines via cables for underground networks) and busbar outlet types (with extension interfaces for multi-cabinet extended ring networks); by intelligence level, conventional types (with basic on-off and indication functions for simple needs) and intelligent types (integrating sensors and communication modules for remote parameter monitoring and IoT-based smart operation).
