Cold-rolled silicon steel sheet
Customized one-stop solution for transformers

It complies with GB/T 2521 and IEC 60404. With core advantages of low core loss and high magnetic permeability, it is a key material for modern high-efficiency electrical equipment.
Product Introduction
Cold-rolled silicon steel sheet is a high-performance electrical steel produced by cold rolling process, with a silicon content of 0.5%-3.5%. After rolling, annealing and coating treatment, it features excellent magnetic properties. Widely used in manufacturing iron cores of high-frequency, high-performance electromagnetic equipment such as large transformers, precision motors, and generators, it complies with GB/T 2521 and IEC 60404. With core advantages of low core loss and high magnetic permeability, it is a key material for modern high-efficiency electrical equipment.
Product Features
Cold-rolled silicon steel sheets: 30%-50% higher permeability, 40%-60% lower core loss than hot-rolled types, stable at 50Hz-400Hz for better efficiency. Fine, oriented grains (especially grain-oriented) ensure magnetic uniformity, reducing vibration/noise. Superior surface (±0.01mm tolerance) for precision lamination. Compatible with high-precision processing and automated stacking for complex designs. Insulating coating (≥400V breakdown) resists rust/heat, cutting eddy current loss.
