Product Introduction

Cold-rolled silicon steel sheet is a high-performance electrical steel produced by cold rolling process, with a silicon content of 0.5%-3.5%. After rolling, annealing and coating treatment, it features excellent magnetic properties. Widely used in manufacturing iron cores of high-frequency, high-performance electromagnetic equipment such as large transformers, precision motors, and generators, it complies with GB/T 2521 and IEC 60404. With core advantages of low core loss and high magnetic permeability, it is a key material for modern high-efficiency electrical equipment.

Product Features

Cold-rolled silicon steel sheets: 30%-50% higher permeability, 40%-60% lower core loss than hot-rolled types, stable at 50Hz-400Hz for better efficiency. Fine, oriented grains (especially grain-oriented) ensure magnetic uniformity, reducing vibration/noise. Superior surface (±0.01mm tolerance) for precision lamination. Compatible with high-precision processing and automated stacking for complex designs. Insulating coating (≥400V breakdown) resists rust/heat, cutting eddy current loss.

Product Classification

  • By crystal orientation:Grain-oriented (GOSS texture, excellent permeability in rolling direction, ultra-low core loss, for transformer cores); non-oriented (isotropic magnetic properties, for motor/generator rotors and stators).
  • By core loss level:Standard grade (e.g., 35W300, 3.00W/kg@50Hz); high-efficiency grade (e.g., 35W250, 2.50W/kg@50Hz); ultra-high efficiency grade (e.g., 35W130, 1.30W/kg@50Hz).
  • By thickness:Ultra-thin (0.18mm-0.23mm, for high-frequency transformers); standard (0.30mm-0.35mm, general purpose); thick (0.50mm-0.65mm, for large motors).

After-sales Service

  • Quality control:Each batch passes core loss, permeability, and coating adhesion tests, with third-party reports; core loss deviation ≤±3%.
  • Technical support:Provides core design simulation and loss calculation services, assisting in optimizing lamination methods to reduce eddy current loss.
  • Supply guarantee:Grain-oriented sheets delivered within 7 days, non-oriented sheets shipped within 48 hours; supports slitting customization and full-roll supply.
