5. Payment Terms

Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms: Shipping terms (Incoterms) shall be as agreed upon in the applicable purchase order or contract. Unless otherwise specified, shipping terms are FOB (Free On Board).

Lead Time: Standard lead time is 30 business days from receipt of confirmed order and payment, unless otherwise specified.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property
